Is there any way to turn off error messages?

I have a partial image where I am recovering the data from, and when it gets to a sector it cannot see, it adds a line to the error messages. this fills very fast and when it does, it slows the recovery down immensely.

If I close the messages box, it clears the errors, but I need to clear it every minute or so to keep the recovery going.

Is there some way to turn this off?

There is an abandoned subthread about such problems in (Wishlist4) http://www.x-ways.net/winhex/forum/messages/838/2374.html?1250723831 ; add your vote there ;)

Sorry for the previous answer being only implicit. Explicitly: there is currently no such feature, but requests for that have already been made.
(This problem is also hard to go around, because if you set a tool to periodically click the close button [X] on the messages window, you could easily end up in forced-terminating the whole application process.)

(You could by making the image complete, adding a .0xx segment of only zero value bytes, as many as needed.)
