Hello, I am a TOTAL newbie, if there's a category below newbie novice - that's me. Over the weekend a series of about 100 photos were taken and 4 of those photos were accidentally deleted. They were deleted directly from the camera, and unfortunately these photo's are extremely important. I haven't uploaded anything from the camera to my computer or done anything to the camera's memory card. I contacted Kodak customer support who directed me to this site. My computer is a MacBook, but if that poses a problem I can get a PC to try the recovery. Can someone please help direct me to which program I should use and if there is any chance of me recovering these photo's...... Thanks in advance for any help you can give me, and I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge and underwhelming tech ability.... |

Patrick, the chances for recovering all photos are very high. First: Don't use this particular memory card in your camera until the recovery has been completed. If its an SD-card: activate the write protection. Select an do-it-yourself-data-recovery program. Almost anyone will do it. We do have Davory. Look at www.x-ways.net. This program needs to be run under Windows. |
