I want to learn how to recover my files.My harddisk scanned by scandisk and all of them became file????.chk.Only I want to recover my jpg files.Please help me.There lots of chk files.

these programs didn't work.Do you think my harddisk didn't come to chk files.I saw a message tells that there is no enough name to give like file????.chk.Can we think if I scan untill i come to jpg files, the programs can recover them now.

There are lots of *.chk file which have .doc and .dbf data in it i want to recover my all dbf file form chk file's.
