I often have to inspect files which are on the floppy disk. When I start up Winhex it generates a list of the most recent files on Start Center. For every file that was inspected on the floppy drive I get a "No disk in drive ... " message. This is very annoying.

I guess the same problem can be seen with any file from a removable drive (e.g. CD, DVD)

I know start center can be turned off

Thank you for making me aware of this issue. I will do something about it and post again here once this has been fixed.

WinHex 10.1 won't extract and display icons of files on removables drives any more in the Start Center.
