Stefan,

Thanks again for your great program!

I'm wondering if it's possible, somehow, to run two instances of winhex. One, I could have looking for files, the other one I could be using to try to figure out file formats or do another search (OK, so I'm impatient!).

(As I've written to you in email messages, I've destroyed the directory structure on one of my disks & so I'm using Winhex to recover some of those files. So far I'm going great!).

Can I do this, Stefan?

Yes. Try Options | General Options | Allow multiple program instances. :)

Duh! Too easy! I thought for sure I'd have to change file names or sacrifice my first-born....
