I have a Winhex specialist license. I just receive de newsletter #101 for winhex and X-ways forensic version 14.1. It is very difficult to me to know what is applicable for winhex and what is applicable for X-Ways forensic only. It would be nice if the newsletter was more clear. A part of the newsletter for winhex and an other part for X-Ways forensic, and the two parts clearly separate in the newsletter. Thanks and continue your good job! |

Two parts might be practical and feasible, but two would not help. There are 5 different functionality levels: • personal license for WinHex • professional license for WinHex • specialist license for WinHex • X-Ways Investigator • X-Ways Forensics > It is very difficult to me to know what is applicable for > winhex and what is applicable for X-Ways forensic only. Completely new features that are available for certain license levels only are marked as such. Improvements on existing features that are only available for certain license levels are not marked as such any more. If they were, the newsletter would not become more clear, but rather the opposite. |
