No visible detail panel in Windows XP...

I'm trying WINHEX ver14.3 (evaluation) in Windows XP SP2. In 800 x 600, 1024 x 768 and 1280 x 768 work O.K. Which the cause could be?. Can it influence a vertical resolution bigger than 768?
