There is some reason for which is not possible to see the detail panel although this selected in view > show menu?
I'm trying WINHEX ver14.3 (evaluation) in Windows XP SP2. I select the check box without effect.

It's not visible for example if no file or disk is open.

Thank you Stefan,

Intentionally I have changed the screen resolution and I have discovered that the problem is given when this is 1152 x 864 (at the moment used) or 1280 x 960. In 800 x 600, 1024 x 768 and 1280 x 768 work O.K.

Which the cause could be?.

Can it influence a vertical resolution bigger than 768?

I would like to know your opinion.

In my opinion and according to my experience, a vertical resolution higher than 768 does not negatively affect the details panel. Sorry, don't know the cause.

Thank you again,

It is possibly a particular problem of my computer, anyway WINHEX is a great software, among the best.
