Last time I used Winhex, I had a dual monitor setup on XP Pro. The 2nd monitor failed and management hasn't replaced it yet. How do I get the main window where I can actually see it? |

Should work with any window that's off screen: 1) use alt+tab to activate the window 2) hit alt+space to activate the system menu 3) hit down to highlight the Move command 4) hit enter to activate it 5) press any arrow to attach the window to the mouse 6) move the mouse on your screen, the window will be underneath tip: utilies like powerpro and ultramon can reposition off-screen windows (among other very useful things). |

Thanks. I had actually tried a variant of that procedure that's worked in the past, but didn't this time. Your specific steps did the trick. (I didn't even consider UltraMon - I'll remember that for next time!) Rick |
