Hello there!

I've two versions of a Flash Image of my Receiver. One is the version i downloaded from my DVB Receiver via RS232( called Flash_RS232). The other one was on the website of the manufacturer(called Flash_Manu). They are the same Software Version but the size and the pattern of the characters are different and so i can't flash the Flash_RS232 on my Receiver back. The Flash_Manu works.

The Flash_RS232 has a size of 917.568 Bytes and the Flash_Manu a size of 721.221 Bytes.

First i paste you the first lines from the Flash_Manu:
START:70EE0000
END:70F8FFFF

CRC[§9Ý™«¦L]

Now these are lines from Flash_RS232:
START:70F10000
END:70FEFFFF

%ú2%ú-+£#ü@Ý'ù'ù

The Flash_RS232 has no CRC in the first lines.

Is it possible to convert the Flash_RS232 into the Format of the Flash_Manu? I hope my information is good enough to help me at solving my problem. I've it's necessary i can mail the two files to your e-mail.

Thanks for helping

Matthias
