Hello! Is an actual error or a limitation of the evaluation version? (I thought the evaluation version was able to save files under 200 KB in size.) Any suggestions would be appreciated. I tried editing a 28KB zip file and an 8 KB ASCII text file, and when attempting to save, error message appeared: "Invalid file: user.txt. Do not proceed." There is no "user.txt" on my drive. Perhaps WH is looking for a file containing user registration information... My system: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version: 5.1.2600 Service Pack: 2.0 Dell Optiplex GX270 3.2 GHz Pentium 4 1 GB RAM 74 GB hard drive Thanks... - Scott B. |

Perhaps you have a version from an unauthorized source, one that has been tampered with. You could download again from our web site and install a fresh copy. |

I should have tried that first... I downloaded a fresh copy; the .exe did have a different CRC-32 and says it is version "SR-3" instead of "SR-1", but exactly the same error message alert. Oh, well. Any, thanks for the suggestion. -sb |
