Can anyone halp me to find checksum in these two files?
042101000280.rgn
GUPDATE.GCD

Files can be downloaded here: www.pouchx.com/cne9/FIRMWARE.ZIP

I need to edit some ASCI texts inside but I have no idea where checksums are located, what format and how to calculate and add new/right checksum.

You could open these files in the evaluation version of WinHex with File | Open and then compute the checksum for each of the two with Tools | Compute Hash.

I know how to compute Hash. But the problem is how and where place new checksum after editing file.

Well, I decided to spend some time writing a reply after reading your original posting, where you wrote "I have no idea [...] how to calculate [...] checksums".

So your questions are not related to our software at all. They can probably be answered by the inventor of these file formats. Please feel free to post again on this forum if you have questions about usage of our software.
