I have two same disc WD 40GB. One is free one other one is with 2 partitions (20GBprimar partition 20GBLogic). I use Symantec Ghost and clone Free disc to data disc :(
Is possible restore partions and data inside?

Data that was overwritten cannot be recovered, unfortunately.

But it finish in few seconds, so it must only change table. Its possible see something on disk via hex editor

Ghost uses SmartSector technology when copying one drive to another i.e. it only copies sectors that have been used. This is why it only took a few seconds to do it.
But what you have done is overwrite the FAT or MFT on the destination drive with those of the source drive - the information originally there has been effectively wiped.
You should be able to recover files on the data disk by opening it as a physical drive an using the File Recovery by Type option.

You should also be able to see the directory structure and files on the second partition. Open the disk as a physical disk and use the option to Scan For Lost Partitions under Disk Tools.
