I have WinHex 10.54 (licensed). I would like to use its Disk Editor to recover deleted files on my Network Attached Storage device. It is a Buffalo Link Station, which I have mapped as logic drive "z:" on my Windows Me machine. However, when I click "Disk Editor", it doesn't show the z: drive. It does show drives a: through f:, which include a floppy drive, a hard drive, two optical drives, and a removable USB memory stick. I think the Link Station is probably running Linux, so I wouldn't expect all the directory browsing and interpretation tools to work, but I was hoping I could at least hex edit the disk. Is there a way? Thank you. Douglas |

Are you aware of the existence of any tools (either from X-Ways or another company) that provide this feature? |
