I have version 15.0 SR2 and am trying to recover data from a failed disk. I used Disk Clone to recover the raw sectors because drive has bad sectors.

I think I need to use Tools->Disk Tools->Explore Recursively and/or Interpret as Partition Start, but both these options are grayed out.

Suggestions?

You need to open the physical drive first. Tools | Open Disk.

If you have an disk image. You can open that image instead (forensic edition only).
