Hi,
Something odd happened - I installed and ran WinHex 'initialize free space' sucessfully once.

However when I tried to run it again later, it's coming up with an error saying that disk-based compression and encryption is not supported.

News to me! I'm running Win98SE with FAT32 - certainly no disk-based compression or encryption.

Tried re-install, re-boot, shutting down anti-virus & other services etc etc. Only thing I did meantime was install WinAmp.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Nigel

Fixed with WinHex 11.2 SR-4. Please download again.
