Sorry, only the full version of WinHex allows to edit the RAM.

(my msgs aren't showing up, sorry if this shows up twice)

i'm using the full version. i can type in values, but when I try to scroll down it says "Lose changes to current page?" which I don't want to do. Trying to save gives me the some question. Modify Data still does nothing. (i'm in winxp)

I think it is most likely that you are not using a full version that you have paid for. That's why WinHex will not save any changes to RAM. Believe me, you can get the real full version only through me.

I have a suggestion. I know the RAM editor can view all system files, but it should be able to view all files.

The RAM editor does already show the memory space of all files loaded by a process.
