Hi all, i am new to this forum. i am using the trial version of winhex to edit the ram(i am able to view it). when i viewed the iexplore.exe memory. i could see all the data i typed in the explorer being visible, including the user names and passwords. how do i protect my data being visible to others if i am using a public system. I tried a simple program in c++ like a=XXXX; a=YYYY; When i run the program and edit the ram using the exe, i could see both XXXX and YYYY being visible in the winhex. i am interested in knowing how winhex is able to display XXXX, as that portion of the RAM has been assigned to YYYY. Does winhex have a copy of ram or are there any servers which continuosly run, observing the ram. Thanks |
