When attempting to recover folders and files (recursively), I get the following error on some files, but not all.

Cannot create "<filename>". Make sure the folder exists and the file is not write-protected. The system cannot find the path specified.

I can't see a pattern or difference between files that work and those that don't, however, once the folders are in place, the copy works without errors. If I delete the folders and try again, the same files fail every time. The files and folders do not contain any special characters and it occurs if I select different destinations.

I can work around it by hiding existing files and recovering the folder. This creates the folder structure without the files. Then I recover with the existing files selected.

The folders and files are being recovered from a regenerated RAID5 array with a missing member. Restored files are not corrupted.

Thanks,

Rick

Maybe this has fixed it already one month ago.

I downloaded what I thought was the latest version, but it shows SR-6. Where can I get SR-7?

Thanks,

Rick
