How come even after initializing free and slack space as well as the $mft records Davory can still pull "deleted" files from my hard drive?

Is there a way to have WinHex delete these files any better? I am primarily concerned with temporary internet files. Thank you.

1) Small files could still be stored in FILE records copies in $LogFile.
2) No, there isn't, short of wiping the entire volume.
