Stefan Mr.I would like to ask what can WINHEX on CD storage media such as a disk image file degrees do so? Thank you.

Not sure I understand correctly. Depending on the license type, WinHex understands the CDFS/Joliet/ISO9960 file systems and many (but not all) versions/features of UDF, directly on optical media or in images of optical media.
