Error with decode.dat

When I am working an error appears: "Ocurrio un error cargado Decode.dat" (An error occurred charging decode.dat) but I can continue searching and the hits appears in the position manager. I have winhex specialist licence. Can anybody explain this situation? What can I do? This message appeared several 100 times when running a simultaneous search with 9 words to search on an image of a 6 GB HD with an AMD 2800 / 1,5 GB RAM, WinXP. There were in about 12.000 search hits (found). It is not possible to open another program (e.g. Irfan view) - no more RAM available - I get the message: C:\programs\irfan.exe: not enough system ressources to execute the wanted job. - and now (at the end) I got the message: "Error #14 (Res=8) occured in the dongle. This is the error: "Ocurrió un error cargando "C:\Program Files\WinHex15.4\decode.dat". El sistema no puede encontrar el archivo especificado." How can I do?
